Eldeos I'd started recording as soon as I got into Freedom base. There was only seconds for me to type each time I got there each time regardless, and since I just downloaded fraps just for this I only had thirty second breaks for recording. And as for Hawg's comment; I already said I don't want a permenant ban.

And as for Walker, while I can be unserious at times I was trying to be completely serious and actually roleplay.
 
To be honest it sounds like Clav is getting defensive when he hears he might be punished to.
I'm sorry but your both just as guilty in these respects.

A.) Clav messing with the car, running over people and continuing to walk to pirate when it was obvious only conflict was possible between the two. Im speaking to once it was clear it was going to turn into a situation where clav gets an attitude and makes comments while pirate keeps rdming.

B. Pirate for RDMING, its never the answer boyo learn from my son hawg.

So yeah, either you both should be punished or both just stop being babies and say sorry and avoid each other for a bit. Dont give me that whole "but he has to roleplay!"
It's clear you two cannot seem to spend any moments together with it descending to an argument for the time being.
 
Again, comb through the logs and you won't find anywhere me running anyone over. I'm a stubborn and persistant prick though, not going to lie. So yes, I did continue to come back longer then I maybe should have. But I was trying to have friendly roleplay with Pirate, I don't see where his justifications for RDMing are.
 
I'm sure Pirate was frustrated by you and you admit to being obnoxious at times which you were in this situation.

As for actual punishment, I don't think anyone should be. If they shake hands now everything should be fine, banning the couple will just cause more frustration from the two and they'll continue pointing fingers at one another.
 
I was !a'ing the entire time, I !a'd several times before I resorted to killing him to make him leave my shit alone. There were several admins on the server who weren't responding to those !as. I don't feel like I'm in the wrong here - Clavier kept coming back because he knew I'd keep killing him, which was obviously his desire otherwise he would not have paused to start up FRAPS to record me doing it.

What was I supposed to do let him steal the car and go on a minging spree with it when the admins clearly weren't going to stop him

This has absolutely nothing to do with the car, what the hell are you talking about Pirate. I wasn't doing anything with the car during the entire duration of your RDM, I was trying to roleplay with you. But of course you're being obsessive with the goddamn thing and because I'm five feet within it and trying to emote something "oh I must be stealing it gotta RDM so he can't do that." No, I was trying to emote one simple thing to you so I could move on and go look for Dante. It's as simple as that. This has absolutely nothing to do with the car.
 
Lmao everyone saw you fucking with it before I actually got it there and you chased me the whole way trying to alt+e on it and jumped in as soon as I got out don't act like you didn't fuck with it, you made a beeline toward the car the first few times you ran back and then you turned on FRAPS and started doing the "I'm trying to RP!!!" thing

That lengthy moment that I disappeared? That's when I went to go download fraps. I was trying to RP long before then.

I'm going to ask you one last time to understand this. I don't give a shit about some car I could load up singleplayer and spawn if I wanted to drive.
 
Why are you guys being annoying fucks to eachother you both did wrong like EVERYONE said but you still fight eachother, both take punishments or shake hands holy crap are you five, I'm not even this bad

A day or two at the most. I want punishment but I don't want you to fall behind on IC events.

Regardless I care less and less about how this ban request goes with every passing hour, especially since you're already now serving a ban for RDM anyway. Likely to stop checking the thread sooner or later.

Because truth be told I'm a stubborn prick. My character was IC approaching Masha about it, so I wanted my character to continue from there.

Baiting doesn't justify RDM as neither does retaliation for previous RDM.

I'll just add some information and say that Pirate did end up RDMing Triangle several times today, repeatedly running him over with a car.

Funny that someone who has a ban request on them for RDMing would go on server and continue to do it.
