Terms of service
By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:
- Once a perk is redeemed in-game (for some items, this happens immediately), it is non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
- Some of the privileges included with certain perks can be abused. If you are found to be repeatedly and/or severely abusing access to your new privileges, they may be revoked by an administrator. Use common sense, and ask when in doubt.
- Not all perks are guaranteed to carry over to new servers. This depends on technical implementations and available development resources. We will strive to provide fair compensation by way of discounts or replacement perks wherever possible, should a perk not carry over.
