Those would be custom items, created with the correct in server flags, you can apply for them in the Misc auths section. Or maybe you get lucky and find some around on server.

Can't say I fully agree with shutting down /S1/ of HLNA, for people who've put time into developing their character's and building up IC connections over the last few months this may seem like a sharp slap in the face (at first), hopefully, we won't have to retcon a bunch of stuff and/or lose...

This looks sick, I'd totally be down to take part in this.
