When i download the mega packs and open it its all single files and no folders so what do i do?

yeh its mainly the special models for me and the guns :/ but i thought the megapacks should be in folders, so now there scattered everywhere and i dont know what to do lol :(

Also everytime i make a character it doesnt save it so everytime i come on the server i have to keep remaking it :(

Hi its been years since i was on this server so ive had gmod unistalled ect but i downloaded all the packs and they are not in folders just single files and i need help as i see alot of errors,can anyone help me?
