Sounds cool in theory, but it doesn't really work. I'm proof that someone who has been community banned can return if they've stopped doing whatever piece of shit antics they did to get community banned in the first place. It's best to have those people just appeal their bans, as the few people...

Typically only community bans carry over, so if you're able to use the forums, you'll probably be able to join the server.
