Don't bother overclocking. You're more like to explode it than get a boost. P4s make alot of heat, so if you're going with stock cooler, you really shouldn't overclock it.

4 gigs is enough for gaming. McCrae, getting a better psu later is money wasting. Do like I did, get a 1000 watt quality PSU. ( I have a Silverstone. ) If you're just gaming, get an i5 2500k, and a gigabyte ud mobo with gskill 4 / 8 GB kit. And get a better case ( HAF 922 / 932, Coolermaster...

Get an i5 2500k, GTX 570, 4 GB ram, Samsung F3 HDD, HAF 922 / 932 case, and a fitting mobo.

Re-installing the megapack helped it seems.

WOW. It's not Garry who broke it. It's Valve. They updated the Source Engine, and didn't send the new version to Garry yet.

Its Valve's updates who are screwing it up. Garry needs VFileSystem019, he was VFileSystem017. And only Valve has that file.
