I know it'd been nearly a month since the post was made, but I happened to be leafing through and noticed it wasn't addressed. I added him to the ban list and if he wants to come back, he'll have to apologize to you in his unban (or at least admit he did wrong in a ban appeal).

His business license isn't going to be revoked, nor are you getting money back with interest, but I'll add him to the ban list so that when (and if) he comes back, I can have a conversation with him. Also, if you're really that irked about 30 credits, I can give you 30 of my own credits. Jesus.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Dave's the main culprit behind firebombing public events. It's not exactly an admin thing (not that Dave isn't an admin, but phrasing it in that manner seems to indict the admin team as a whole) Again, I could very well be wrong. I'm just getting back on...

If you have screenshots that would prove he was abusing his shotgun, or intentionally placing you in walls, or whatever-- please, post them. Simply saying "I have them!" doesn't really mean a damned thing.
