    Try verifying your game cache EDIT: If that doesn't work try this: Try record 1; stop as well.

    Try setting this command, r_drawmodeldecals, to 0 (if it's 1) or 1 (if it's 0). If all else fails, a fresh install should probably fix it and reinstalling the content pack.
