So i was playing on your stalker server for a 2 weeks and would like tu have tool gun . Is there something like Tool Trust or do i have to be admin for Toolgun ? And another thing , how do i get no OCC delays ? its kinda stupid to wait 300 seconds to say something ( I know its spam protection)
