Okay so my brother figured it out for me, he basically just made new folders with the exact names of the missing ones and used those to extract the addons into and it works fine now <3 Thanks for all your help guys you are all awesome <3 See ya ingame soon!

Yeah, i ran them and verified Gmod cache.

Folders were missing from garrysmod/garrysmod like sound, models, materials etc. They were /NOT/ missing from the content packs.
