That seems- well, quite insane all things considered, especially given that a normal nuclear blast doesn't leave much of an actual crater, and the same for one even placed right on the ground, are we talking Skynet just burying Tsar Bombs all over?

Iowa isn't a giant crater, so clearly it's a dark iteration this go around. Expanding on that map though, are those craters flooded or just not really mapped anymore in each case?
