Yes, I had this problem a while ago after uninstalling GMOD and reinstalling everything. Some sounds are missing. I fixed it by asking a friend to upload his sound pack for me. Either that or it's another bug thing. It happened that my SWEPS sound didn't work anymore. I could hear the others...

Some weapons sounds, also blowout sound, is missing. But I believe that it's already reported.. also a thing called "Glock 18" is missing.

What am I missing? Also, Flower's new model has the helmet all purple and shit. Again, what am I missing? :c

Maybe it's a problem with the tool? Have you tried increasing the brightness?

Ammo, medkits, radios, bandages, PDAs. Just items.

Idk what's going on but the goddamn weapons pack doesn't fully work. I see weapons and artifacts just fine. Items like bandages, radio, geiger counter and other things are errors.

I have a similar issue, though, with the OOC/IC/RADIO/ETC.. boards. I cannot click them, no idea why.

No mods installed. I cleaned up everything when I saw that nothing actually worked.
