Character Name: Sgt. Robert 'Stone' Livingstone
What happened: He acquired a dune buggy and began drifting around base plate, crashing into various things and hitting people with the car. When another player got into the passenger side of the car instead of dealing with it I-C (Asking him to leave, etc) he instead picked up the car and began slamming it onto the ground with his physics gun which is show in one of the videos I linked below. On top of that when confronted by myself he took no regard or had no care for his actions replying with 'Lmao' or when I said about showing staff he replied with things like 'good' showing he had no care in the matter.

Just because he isn't roleplaying doesn't mean that Livingstone himself has the right and can then proceed to break rules and FailRP.

He didn't try to drive away. He clearly got into the passenger seat. Livingstone may have gotten out and the person could have thought he was letting him drive the car however even if he did try and hop into the drivers seat and drive away that would be besides the point. We are not talking about the person hopping into the car. Like I said before in or out of RP livingstone shouldn't have done what he did.

all jokes aside, this doesn't really warrant a ban. pushing through the god-forsaken missing textures and strange 20 fps video, Saxophone Lesbian was in the right to slam his ass back to Mississippi, and look. he even gave the poor kid a Tokyo Drift experience in the end to compensate for his actions.
